Steadman Brown is working with a fast-growing retail business that is expanding quickly throughout the UK. They are investing heavily in Salesforce and are further building out their tech team. This is an already established Salesforce team with the ambition to double in size!
Our client is searching for a talented Salesforce Developer to join their team. This role will be project based with the build of several new features, and a route to eventually become a Salesforce Architect. This role can be worked on a fully remote basis. Applicants must be UK based and not require sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with key stakeholders and internal technical teams to build technical solutions
- Work towards becoming a Salesforce Architect
- Mentor junior Salesforce Developers
- Help with future hiring and perform technical interviews
- Translate Technical Solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop quality code utilising Apex, LWC
- Work with various Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices
Experience & Qualifications
- Previously worked with multiple Salesforce products
- Experience in complex environments
- Integration experience using REST & SOAP API’s is desirable
- 4+ Years of experience Developing Salesforce programmatically using Apex, LWC, JavaScript
- Very Strong understanding of Declarative tools as well as programmatic tools
- Experience leading implementations/projects from a technical view
- Salesforce certifications are desirable
