We are currently partnered with a highly reputable UK business who supply a very important service to thousands of people across the country. The services they provide are all powered by Salesforce, split across multiple internal Salesforce orgs to cover different business areas. They are heavily invested in Salesforce as their single source of truth throughout the business, and will be bringing in the best Salesforce products and features now and in the future.
This position in particular will cover one of the two internal orgs, where you will have a complete 360 role covering the hands-on configuration and daily Salesforce tasks, as well as working on new projects to implement the newest features in Salesforce. Ensuring that you understand users needs will be key, so communication across various internal teams will be important, learning what they need before building the solution in Salesforce. The core products will be the main areas covered in this role, focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud primarily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Automating business processes through Flows.
- Speaking with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Manage user requirements and prioritise tasks.
- Work across multiple internal teams to improve Salesforce adoption.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Must be hands-on with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Experience delivering new Salesforce projects in an end-user environment.
- Excellent experience working with Flows to automate processes.
- Able to communicate with stakeholders and gather Salesforce requirements.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a wider team.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
