We are currently working with a leader in UK business who are running one of the biggest Salesforce programmes in the country. They are implementing the cutting edge technology as it's released by Salesforce, and they need someone who is at the pinnacle of the Service Cloud product to lead their Salesforce driven service department.

 Within the role of Salesforce Service Lead, you will be the go-to person for all things Salesforce and service across the business. Multiple departments will be connected to the platform and you will have an in-depth knowledge of the latest Service Cloud features, to not only be hands on with configuring, building and implementing those features, but also to run the service arm of Salesforce and ensure that internal teams can deliver quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on with the latest Service Cloud features. 
  • Experience integrating the latest AI & Automated Service products. 
  • Configure Salesforce daily to ensure the platform continues to deliver. 
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that their needs are met within. 
  • Salesforce Automate Service processes with Flows.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience working with or on the latest Service Cloud features. 
  • Prior experience taking full ownership of Salesforce in a service-focused environment. 
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest features and releases for Salesforce Service cloud, including Agentforce & AI related features. 
  • Able to work across multiple internal departments to ensure Salesforce delivers successfully on a daily basis.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator. 
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. 
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
