Although they are small, this allows them to have the personable touch which has lead them into some huge house hold names as clients delivering multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
As the Salesforce Project manager you will be collaborating with the whole team and work very closeley with the Salesforce Practice Lead and founders. They are looking for someone who has ideally come from a Salesforce Consulting background, have worked on enterprise level projects and has either been a Scrum Master or Agile coach in the past.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage key stakeholders expectations and regularly.
- Communicate project goals, status updates and present back project updates.
- Manage recourses, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
- Create project plans and produce details project documentation and reports.
- Utilise Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence and similar project management tools Manage multiple workstreams.
- Define project scope, objectives, and milestones.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Have proven or demonstrable experience acting SCRUM Master or Agile coach.
- Experience Leading end-to-end enterprise level projects.
- Experience presenting back to stakeholders and internal teams project updates.
- Be able to demonstrate your leadership skill within Salesforce projects.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams.
- Be able to have a friendly personable approach.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner.
