We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing business in the luxury retail & hospitality sector who are looking to bring a Salesforce Manager in to take ownership of the platform and run Salesforce and it's connected systems on a daily basis. This position is not to manage people, but to manage Salesforce throughout a very exciting project that will see them implement the ever popular Agentforce amongst other products including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
As the Salesforce Manager, you will take ownership of a brand-new greenfield implementation of Salesforce. As the internal Salesforce expert and go-to person, you will ensure that the build is in line with business requirements and liaise closely with the implementation partner to communicate any changes necessary. The longer term plan will be to run Salesforce post-implementation, with an exciting roadmap ahead for 2025 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration of the Salesforce platform.
- Building automation with Flows.
- Management of Salesforce and connected systems.
- Work closely with the implementation partner.
- Liaise with the business and internal stakeholders.
- Translate technical and non-technical requirements.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent hands-on Salesforce configuration.
- Ability to build and amend complex Flows.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Tableau.
- Great communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Prior experience working for or with a 3rd party consultancy.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
