Steadman Brown have teamed up with a consulting powerhouse who are looking to bolster their Salesforce DevOps team with a talented DevOps lead consultant. This business work with almost all Salesforce products such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics, FSL and others.
This role entails the leading, implementation and delivery of Salesforce DevOps processes for clients across various industries. You will work with teams across different parts of the business to ensure success for projects. This role will require travel to the London office 2-3 times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain Salesforce DevOps processes for clients across multiple industries.
- Build and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and provide expert recommendations.
- Use Copado for release management Resolve issues that may be related to Salesforce DevOps processes.
- Lead a team of DevOps Engineers/Consultants.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines within Salesforce projects.
- Proven experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps.
- Leadership experience and skills within large projects.
- Experience managing SFDC data for quality control and consistency.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Copado Certifications are desirable.
