I am working with a brand-new Salesforce Partner who have spent the last year solidifying themselves in the ecosystem. Their projects are starting to get more complex and are looking to branch out to different areas of Salesforce.
They are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join their team to get involved in all areas of an implementation, from initial scoping phase to getting hands-on with configuration using flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build Flow automations to meet client requirements.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their processes and recommend best practices.
- Be hands-on in early implementations, helping to shape delivery frameworks and internal best practices.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Admin working across multiple clouds.
- Proven hands-on experience building and optimising Flow automations.
- Comfortable gathering and interpreting client requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Proactive, self-starter — comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to get hands-on, learn quickly, and grow with the company.
- IT or Business related Bachelors Degree.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
