I am working with a market leading Salesforce Partner who are working with some big names across the UK, they focus predominately in the Financial Services, Manufacturing and Hi-Tech. They are currently at a team of 35 and are looking to hire multiple consultants to join their team.
They are now looking for a Salesforce Consultant, to work across multiple projects. They need someone who is confident in being business facing, working with clients to gather their requirements, helping design the solution and then get hands on with the implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design Salesforce solutions to meet their needs.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other related Salesforce applications.
- Provide hands-on guidance to clients on how to effectively use Salesforce for sales, service, and marketing processes.
- Offer ongoing support, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce instances
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development.
- Proven experience in leading workshops with clients, and confidently able to gather different requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients effectively.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
