An exciting client of ours from the retail sector are looking to build out their Salesforce team, starting with a Salesforce Administrator. This role will allow you to have autonomy over your role, building out new functionality when needed.

You will have the opportunity to work across both Sales and Service Cloud for an up and coming retail business that are making waves in their industry! This role is office based 1-2 times a week in Hertfordshire.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build new functionality via Salesforce configuration. 
  • Automate Salesforce processes through Flows. 
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders. 
  • Work with flow builder, process builder and other declarative tools within Salesforce.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Service Cloud is desirable, familiarity with Sales Cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce hands on configuration. 
  • Problem solving skills Strong communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications and desirable.
