We have partnered with an exciting business in the property sector who are making huge waves in their industry!

As they continue to provide a tailored and unique offering, they want to hire a Salesforce administrator into their team to take ownership of the platform and drive the Salesforce product forward, as it plays a key role in the business's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all things Salesforce. 
  • Collaborate with the business to understand the objectives drive the platform forward. 
  • Oversee daily maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance. 
  • Provide technical support, manage users, permissions and conduct training. 
  • Maintain data quality, handle imports/exports, and develop reports/dashboards. 
  • Build new automations to improve workflow and processes. 
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems/3rd party applications.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Experience in Sales & Service Cloud. 
  • Proven experience in building automation using Flow. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross functional teams. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
