As they continue to provide a tailored and unique offering, they want to hire a Salesforce administrator into their team to take ownership of the platform and drive the Salesforce product forward, as it plays a key role in the business's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all things Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the business to understand the objectives drive the platform forward.
- Oversee daily maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support, manage users, permissions and conduct training.
- Maintain data quality, handle imports/exports, and develop reports/dashboards.
- Build new automations to improve workflow and processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems/3rd party applications.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience in Sales & Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in building automation using Flow.
- Strong communication skills with the ability manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
