As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating CRM/Salesforce-related projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and clients, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring project manager to gain valuable experience in the Salesforce domain and to work on exciting projects.
This role will require travel to the office near Derby 3x a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM/Salesforce projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Coordinate and track project tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about project status, risks, and issues.
- Conduct project meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers and consultants to identify and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Support the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years experiment in CRM/SaaS project management / PMO related positions (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
