I am working with a boutique Salesforce Partner who typically work on Salesforce implementations in in the SMB and Mid-Market space and focus in the HiTech, Financial Service, Professional Services and Manufacturing space on multi-cloud implementations.
I am seeking a Junior Salesforce Consultant whose looking to work at a Salesforce Partner within their growing Managed Service team, has experience speaking to different levels of the business to gather requirements and get hands-on with the build declaratively with Flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of clients' Salesforce orgs.
- Act as a first-line support for client requests, resolving issues when needed.
- Support the implementation of declarative customisations, such as flows, workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Communicate with all levels of the business to gather requirements and document their needs.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in declarative development with Flows in implementation or transformation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder is preferred.
